The shop in Dorchester Massachusetts tried, and failed, to repair a basic, straightforward Subaru windshield with a handful of driver assist safety features 3 times. The glass replacement itself was OK but they have been unable to calibrate the safety features properly. This has cost us 4 separate visits to the shop, they have cancelled appointments, kept us waiting and refused to send a mobile unit to us and we have spent hours and hours wasting time while we still do not have use of our safety features. In addition, the first time we waited for the recalibration, we were there almost 4 hours and when we got the car back, with the calibration FAILED, we noticed the technician had put more than 30 miles on the car - which seems impossible and unjustifiable. ***Be very careful about using Safelite***
