Unfortunately, it seemed like they missed screwing in the underbody panel correctly which ended up coming undone while on the Pike which could have been a real disaster if it broke off. They also didn’t have the device to reset the oil change reminder.

I've been a Valvoline customer for years, but decided to try Jiffy Lube today since it's much closer to where I live. The Jiffy Lube team was able to take me as a walk in customer 1.5 hours before closing time. They worked VERY efficiently. I was honestly surprised at how fast my oil was completed. When it was time to cash out, the total price ended up being more than Valvoline would charge, so Assistant Manager Janilson went the extra mile to offer a $15 off coupon. This brought the price down to $2 less than what Valvoline's price. Again, I can't say enough about the crew at the Morrissey Blvd Jiffy Lube. Check them out next time you need an oil change. Tell them Jonathan with the BMW X5 sent you! BTW, my car is riding noticeably smoother since getting the oil change!
