The man who helped me (I believe he was the general manager) was extremely rude and had a bad attitude from the start. On top of that, he actually tried to get me to help with the service, which was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I don’t recommend coming here — it’s worth driving further into Boston to get better service elsewhere. I live in the community and have already been telling people about this experience, and I’ve also heard several similar stories from others. Honestly, it makes sense why the parking lot is usually empty.
