I had to jump it and take it to the dealership, which tested the battery and confirmed it was no good. I had to pay for a new battery and for the cost of service from the dealership thanks to the dead battery I got from Advanced Auto Parts. The store refused to allow me to return the battery for a refund, despite showing them the paperwork from the dealership, and despite one of the employees there acknowledging that the battery had been sitting on the shelf a very long time and might be too old.

The guy that worked on the afternoon shift was polite .I was there around 10 am .You say thank you they say all right. I ordered a part in person for pick up I asked the next day if it was there and one of them told me you called the wrong location . The other one told me it's there and when I was there one part wasn't there yet and after that he raised his voice at me .Also I called them and they put you on hold and after that they hang up .It seemed like I was asking them for a favor or something.
