When I arrived, I was told that the team who performs alignments doesn’t work on Tuesdays. This was never mentioned on the website, and I was still allowed to book the service for that day. Even more surprising, when I called to confirm, no one mentioned that I was booking a service they don’t even offer on Tuesdays, despite the fact that I called the exact Dedham location. The most shocking part was how casually it was handled: “We don’t do that today, sorry. Customer service probably didn’t know our schedule.” That level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. It completely wasted my time and shows a serious disconnect between their booking system, customer service, and actual operations.

This most recent one in March is the TPMS sensor replacement. Dealership couldn't even identify the real issue and directed me to a different repair job.
