  Everytime I am here is a treaure. It doesnt matter who's working - they are helpful and kind - even when the store is busy and hectic. I drive out of my way to come to this store when I need anything automotive!

  Five stars to our buddy Jamul who was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable in swapping our car battery when we needed it the very most! Spectacular service in every aspect ✊ Give 👏 that 👏 man 👏 a 👏 raise!!

  Big Dude who hates making Eye contact Sold me the wrong Battery a couple nights ago... Tested my Battery, Sold me one for +$300 .. when I asked him to help me with a tool to put it in and take the old one( as they Advertise) his 350 Lb self made sure to tell me he was short Staffed and Couldn't do it. Then told me I needed the wrong Battery based on my car.. I asked if there was Anything Cheeper and he told me to go to Advanced. Which i did bit Man. Had i taken what he sold me. I'd be screwed as I have a V6.. not a V4. He had Zero clue about testing and offered Zero Alternative. This guy is the Opposite of Customer Service. Awful and if I were a Manager I'd be mad because I went on to buy the CORRECT Battery, along with $100 worth of tools and Guarantees. So almost $470. There was 3 people in the store when he said he didnt have the time. Lucky I didnt take his word for it on the battery since I noticed patterns. I won't say a name bit this Big boy is unmistakable . Sorry Good people of Auto Zone in Dedham.. Train this man or let him Go
