- KKKevinJan 1, 20265.0I had a bit of a bad Experience with a couple people in there in the past week. 2 Different Days , 2 Different people. Today I went in and Conor or Connor, not sure, Helped me out and stood in the cold with me to Properly Diagnose an issue I was having with my Jeep Cherokeee. . I was with my 7 year old Daughter and he took all that into Consideration. As a Residential Plumber I appreciate and know what it takes to give Great customer Service.. Connor did all of that and Properly diagnosed the issue and gave lent me the tools to Fix it along with came up with a pretty good temporary fix idea for another issue. I just want Conor to get the credit he deserves. My Daughter and I are safely eating Pleasant Cafe Pizza and warming up now. Thanks again!

He helped me find the right ones for my car and when I asked if it was easy to install he told me that he would help me install it. He came out and not only installed them but showed me how to do it so I can do it myself if I ever was in that situation again. I really appreciated his extra help especially since the weather wasn't that great today.

About five seconds after walking in, Kris immediately asks how he can help. He was able to quickly find what I need, describe the different options, and he helped me install them! A trip I expected to take 30 minutes took less than 10. It’s so rare to get this kind of service, and I can honestly say that if I need stuff for my car again, this is where I’ll go.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
