  I went to Autozone today to get some tools that would help me change my flat tire and put on the spare. I was stressed; I couldn’t get enough leverage to get the tire off with what I had. Instead, Ledell helped me take off the flat tire and put on the spare. He was super positive and walked me through all the steps so that I would know what to do next time. Ledell went above and beyond today. Autozone is lucky to have him!!

  I called first and the person who answered said he could install my windshield wipers for me. When I arrived though, one if the guys "tried" barely and the other told me to go to pep boys?? Really?? So I left without either wiper working.
