My reservation was for 1200 HRS, I arrived at 1235 HRS, after a Dr's appointment.. A very nice young lady greeted me, asked if I could please take a seat and wait for the next rep as she was on her lunch break.. Not a problem..(OOOOHHHH I had given her my name so if there HAD been a problem I hoped I would have heard of it then..) There were 4 of us waiting when the young man came in with a customer, finishing up her transaction, and asking 'Who's next'.. Long story SHORT.. THERE WAS NO CAR... Not only was there no car, I received no call.. 'He was too busy and couldn't get to the phone..' (Hisb words NOT mine!) At this point my ride was GONE.. He was on his way back to work.. Thankfully I had gone to the car before he left to retrieve my phone, or I'd really be stuck.. I worked in retail for 37 years before I retired..I know how hectic things can get.. However, you ALWAYS make time for the important calls!! They need to do better!
