Started off in a Nissan Altima that smelt like stale cigarettes but I took it. 3 days into driving it the tire pressure light came on and I noticed the inspection had been expired since June. I made them aware of it and they were happy to replace it which was just another hassle for me to have to do. I stopped at the gas station to fill it up which is the appropriate thing to do prior to turning in a rental. When I got there they give me a Chevy Malibu which was significantly better - no cigarettes smell at all. I drive off and look down at the dash to see they left me with less than half a tank of gas in this vehicle. Super annoying considering I had to go out of my way to pick up a new rental which should have never been the case to begin with and then am given a car without a full tank of gas. Poor attention to detail at this branch. Customer service was fine, again Bryce was very nice but no rental should be given away without being fully cleaned, fueled up, and safe to drive on the road.
