    My daughter and myself, came into Mazda dealership the other day to buy her a new car. We had the pleasure of working with Duarte bettencourt. Honestly it was the best experience. Duarte is beyond patient, I really mean it beyond patient! He's so friendly, we were honestly laughing the whole time. Sometimes car salesman can be intimidating. He felt like a friend someone we have known for years. He ended up staying long after hours to help my daughter finance her car. That really showed dedication, i would also like to show appreciation to his team that stayed late for us as well. thank you so much! I'm deeply grateful for Duartes kindness and support. If you're ever looking for a car, and you Don't know where to go, Mazda dealership is the place to be. Thank you Duarte 😊🩷

    After being to other mazda dealers where you are swarmed with eager salespeople the minute you walk in the door, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted and asked what they could help me with. The GM Xavier was so patient and I felt truly listened to my wants and needs when it came to buying a car. I didnt feel rushed or pushed into anything, and I never felt pressured into making a decision right then and there. I would 100% recommend coming here and speaking with Xavier if you want a peaceful, honest, car buying experience. Something that always seems so tedious was enjoyable!!

    I had a really good experience working with Xavier and Christina. Xavier helped me through the entire car process and made everything feel a lot less overwhelming. He was patient, easy to talk to, and made sure I understood everything along the way. Christina was also amazing! When I picked up my car, she walked me over to it and took the time to go over all the features with me, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything felt smooth from start to finish, and I absolutely love my car. I’m really happy with how it all turned out!

    LIARS!!! Extremely misleading and unprofessional experience. Scammers!!! Just expect lies after lies from these people. Casey Eames the sales manager, (you will find him a few people down leaving the place a 5 star review) made it a key selling point that the vehicle (a preowned Tesla) included Full Self-Driving, repeatedly emphasizing that it added $12,000 in value to the car. Based on that, I agreed to the deal and put down a down payment. After everything was signed, I found out the car does NOT include FSD - a major misrepresentation. Once this was confirmed, there was no effort to adjust the price to reflect the missing $12,000 feature. The value of the car clearly changed, but the price did not. When I raised the issue, they admitted the mistake (but still blamed the owner that sold them that car???) and offered no real solution other than canceling. No accountability and no attempt to make things right. All they offered was a free car detail to the loss of the $12,000 car value??!!!! Trying to get my money back has been just as frustrating. I spent the entire day trying to reach to the GM Xavier. When I finally did, he said he would check on my refund for the down payment and then left for the day without any update or follow-up!!!! So unprofessional as a GM. This was not just poor communication - it was a complete lack of transparency and accountability from start to finish. I would strongly suggest staying away from these scammers. They have no problem lying to make a deal but make you go through all these hoops to get your money back UPDATE: their response to me is a LIE once again. They did NOT say it was a subscription PRIOR to me signing the deal. This was only told to me AFTER I had agreed to the deal. Prior to the deal I was told it included a $12k feature that’s included instead of a monthly subscription. I am filing a complaint with the MA attorney general and through Mazda corporate because these people cannot keep getting away with their lies.

    My husband and I had an amazing experience with our recent purchase at North Shore Mazda. My husband came in the dealer unexpectedly and saw the car he wanted in the showroom, at a price he could not refuse. Even though it was late and we came in after 5pm, Tyrone and his team worked diligently over the next couple hours processing the paperwork and the very next day we were able to drive off in the car. Tyrone was amazing salesperson. He was professional, kind, and extremely thorough when explaining the paperwork, he made sure we understood each form and each step of the process. My husband and I are extremely happy with our new SUV and I highly recommend this dealership!
