  They took care of the job onsite as a walk-in, because someone didn't show for their appointment. I had a louder noise from under my car, and my check engine light would come on. Got light reset. Drive. Light come back on next day or so. Plus I was burning more gas. Tired, so I brought car here They offered to inspect my car for free. Put it in the air instantly, as there was time. They were active which seemed good to me. Call me in the door, and safely showed me the actual part making the noise, the pipe underneath "BY” the catalytic, and not sell me a dream like other shops/stations and ,ha ha, stealerships do. Also they noticed something I heard through bumps but I wasn't sure what part. Mechanic Frankie was helpful wih the find. They showed me the worn boot(slight tear) on a ball joint like right next to the bottom of the tire but on the inside of the tire. Then showed the boot on a new ball joint part. I'm impressed for the help. Thank you for the oil change, and the "FREE" courtesy inspection. And future appointment scheduled.

  I had bad tires and the Manager and his team did not want me to drive my car..They were very concerned for my Safety..I would recommend Monroe to all my friends..They are the best hands down..

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Brandon and his guys are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been in with my old car twice now and both times I have had an excellent experience. They were friendly, prompt and answered all of my questions. They also were straight with me about what is worth saving on my car and what isnt and worked with me on pricing. I literally don’t live in this area anymore but I will continue to use them because they have been so great, fast and straight forward. First time I’ve gone to a car shop as a woman and didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of because I don’t know much about cars. Everything was explained to me clearly. Fantastic job Brandon. Keep it up!

  I would give a zero if I could. I had the car towed to this location after getting two flats from a pothole. I called multiple times Sunday to let them know the situation. The mechanic promised they would get to it that day, they didn't. I called Monday, had to explain the situation for a second time. Again, they said they would get to it that day, they didn't. It wasn't until the insurance agent showed up on Tuesday before I got any response. IT TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO TELL ME I NEEDED TWO NEW TIRES! You call yourself a tire facility? I called back on Wednesday, they never checked their email to see they received the insurance paperwork. It wasn't until Wednesday afternoon they ordered the tires! I'm going on a week of no car and THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME ONCE! I have to keep calling to make sure they're doing their job! I have my own job to do, I don't have time to micromanage an incompetent auto body shop!

  I had a great experience with Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. They had the tires I needed at a great price and did exactly what they said they would do. The service was same-day, the technicians were knowledgeable, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. This is the second time I’ve used them within the past year—once for my daughter’s car and the other day for mine—and both experiences were outstanding. They offer a good warranty and very reasonable pricing. I’ve already recommended them to many people and will definitely continue going there.
