  I visited Volkswagen yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Brandon. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and truly listened to what I was looking for. When I shared my price range, he respected it and came back with realistic options—no surprises or inflated numbers. Brandon made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lease or buy a vehicle. I ended up leasing a Volkswagen Tiguan and can’t wait to pick it up tomorrow. I would highly recommend Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers.

  I had a wonderful experience at Kelly Volkswagan in Danvers! I bought my certified pre-owned Tiguan from Peter and Barry. From start to finish Peter and his team were extremely professional, responsive, flexible, kind, and low pressure. Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommend!

  Jorge was fantastic. He was patient with us and worked with us to find the right car even though it wasn’t the original one we came to see. The entire team was great. Looking forward to bringing the car in for maintenance when the time comes.

  Even though I ultimately chose a different dealership for my new Tiguan, I had to take a moment to recognize Jimmy Ciampa at Kelly for the outstanding experience he provided while I was deciding. Simply put, Jimmy is fantastic. He responded to every question promptly, was knowledgeable, and most importantly, genuinely friendly and compassionate throughout the entire process. As someone who works in sales myself, I know how rare it is to come across someone who strikes that balance so naturally. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Jimmy. He truly sets the standard for what a great car-buying experience should feel like.
