- JJJinjyOct 13, 20251.0Positive: friendly man (not the one behind desk) told me he was new manager and explained certain things affecting my car with which I'd had experience, so I knew he was on the up-and-up about them. Negative: 1) as work neared completion, my car was lowered to the ground and I heard a lot of angry shouting about "double gasket." Then my car was raised back up and a fountain of oil gushed out of it and splashed on the garage floor. I'm guessing they replaced the lost oil but I don't know if they put back enough nor if they properly sealed the oil pan; 2) they were supposed to check the air filter and cabin filter, but never did; 3) they didn't rotate tires in the manner specified in the owner's manual; 4) they kicked a large panel above where the driver's lower legs go and broke a clip which holds the panel in place - I've rigged it for now but it is NOT fixed. Had I known I would have received a survey and could have added photos/videos, I would have taken them. I thought about doing it at the time.
