  I had a great experience with Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. They had the tires I needed at a great price and did exactly what they said they would do. The service was same-day, the technicians were knowledgeable, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. This is the second time I’ve used them within the past year—once for my daughter’s car and the other day for mine—and both experiences were outstanding. They offer a good warranty and very reasonable pricing. I’ve already recommended them to many people and will definitely continue going there.

  Please do not go to this place. I ordered my 4 tires through Tire Rack, which is a very reliable and highly recommended company. I had the tires delivered to this location so they could install them on my vehicle, and I even scheduled my appointment in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they never received anything. However, the tracking number and the shipping company clearly show that the package was delivered the day before. This is very suspicious and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.

  The gentleman who helped me was accommodating and patient. The shop was very busy and he treated all customers exceptionally well. He showed me the issues and explained my options. I was impressed with how he handled the overall flow in the shop, both with customers and mechanics. If I lived in Danvers I would definitely go back

  With the many potholes that are showing up all over the place after this awful winter, I hit one and needed a tire quickly. I went to Monroe auto tire center in Danvers on Endicott Street. Brandon, the manager could not have been more polite and accommodating. He actually expedited my work and I was able to be out of there within two hours. I’d highly recommend that facility to anyone. Thanks, Brandon.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs! Scratched my and another customers wheels and overfilled another customers oil all within two hours! It has come to my attention that manager of this location has left Munro. He informed my via text when I was trying to resolve this issue. Luckily he forwarded me an email to his corporate overlords admitting fault before he did! Frankly I don’t blame him. While I was at your store located on 194 Endicott street in Danvers on 2/4/2026 several customers were complaining. One had their oil overfilled risking engine failure. Another had scheduled a tire change but they were unable to perform the job due to over booking. As for me, my wheels were scratched by your COATS TIRE CHANGER 70X-EH-3 X-SERIES which he informed me had done the same to another customers tires which he referenced earlier in this email thread. He told me he asked his district manager to fix it several times and it has never been done properly. In my own research I have learned the scratches like the ones on my rims can occur when the machine is not used properly. Either way Munro is liable. Furthermore the “technicians” forgot to install my TPMS sensors which is listed on my receipt from tireEasy.com and i personally handled to the person who took my car in. Additionally I had to wait an hour for a “solution” when Carlos and I discovered my wheels were scratched. During this time he did not help me because other customers were constantly complaint and the phone was ringing the whole time. He was the only person in the waiting room. He eventually forwarded the email that he sent to all of you as proof he was trying to address the issue. Finally when I went out to my truck to leave I discovered the wheel lock key was missing. I had to ask for it 3 times and wait an additional 15 minutes for one of your employees to return it. I have emailed you with my contact information. I expect a call in ASAP!
