I was promised a tow for the broken car, and they failed to provide me with tow service. I was left standed with the jeep in the middle of the road on freezing cold temperatures, and I waited till next day to contact road side assistance team again, and told me they would tow my car the next day or I could pay out of pocket for a tow provider, and would be guaranteed a refund. I went with what I was told, and, did it and Branch manager Joe Buccheri said I would get a refund, and told me to provide evidence, and invoice of tow, and I still till this day keep getting avoided about my reimbursement, and I keep getting redirected to to the management, and customer service and still have received no email of help, and never got my money back I will not be going back there again, and will tell anyone I know to avoid enterprise at all cost always.
