  Went in for an oil change. Ended up having front and rear differential fluids changed at the suggestion of what I believe was the Manager. All good except for one thing that you should be aware of. Manager and a few employees referred to me as “boss” and one guy called me “chief”. At 71 years old, those are not exactly terms of endearment. I spent 32 years as a Sr. Vice President in charge of Sales and Service for the Northeast Region of Bank of America. Call me by my name if you’d like, I’m fine with that. “Sir” is fine too. “Boss and Chief” are not. That to me is more like street slang. Again, they were very professional other than that. I thought the pricing for the differential fluid change was much too high for the amount of time it took them. Maybe 15 minutes. Valvoline is always my first choice for an oil change but if it was my business, I’d want someone aware of the slang terms directed at customers.

  YES< FINALLY A SHOP WHERE PEOPLE MATTER ! I SAY THAT BECAUSE I CAN JUST BY EXPERIENCING JEFFY LUBE PROBLEMS, TAKE FIVE PROBLEMS, NOW along came VALVOLINE ? NO MESS, NO EXCUSE JUST OUT RIGHT GOOD SERVICE, FRIENDLY SERVICE . SO YOUR WONDERING WHY I CAN SAY THIS SIMPLE, I WENT TO JEFFY LUBE before entering I ask the manager if they had rag for cleaning up? his reply was yes so I told him my garage floor is finished so I don't want to fine a puddle of oil come morning. he guarantee that wouldn't happen. guess what I called him the next morning about the oil puddle on my garage floor nothing to say except the oil filter was locate in a bad spot. ok so let's see what take five has. same situation I ask them about cleaning up any oil spills again 100% guarantee that not going to happen . those two must be undersize management because same results oil puddle on my garage floor because when removing the oil filter they always spill it on the crossmember but never clean it up. " VALVOLINE " same car same cross member stated the same to the manager and told him about my problem and what happen each and every time and how they the others shops guarantee me good results but I always have a puddle come morning on my garage floor.. His reply was come morning if there a puddle on my garage floor to call them and he him self will come and clean up. NOT A SIGNAL DROP " VALVOLINE " NUMBER ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS 100%. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK VALCOLINE. THANK YOU !
