  I ran over a sharp object while in Boston and had a slow leak in a tire. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, when we were heading back to upstate NY. I made my appointment on time, they removed the sharp object, fixed the leak, and I was back on the road in under an hour. Courteous, friendly service, and quick. Thanks!

  I had itcost that much h a tire stem changed first I was told that didn't have the part and 20inutes later I was told Auto Zone had it and they were only 6 t0 7 minutes down the road. I WAITED at least 16 minutes for them to get there and over 45minutes for the work to be done. It cost me 140dollars to get the work done and I know there was no way it cost that much then they said you now have to have the Dealer reset my PSI or the light will stay on! I could have had the dealer do it all because now the are saying it will cost me 200dollars so it's costing me 340dollars for a tire stem. By the way I am a woman who trusted to be TREATED RIGHT . THEN THEY SAID WE DID A COUTESYCHECK YOU NEED 2 TIRES!!!! I would never buy them there! LEARN HOWTO TREAT WOMEN

  Monro's weekend hours and swift service were a godsend after I broke down late on a Friday night! They had my car fixed for a super reasonable price before noon on Saturday. Can't recommend them enough!

  Go when the manager is gone for the day. She continues to be dishonest and obviously untrustworthy. Refused to have a diagnostic done though I had an appointment for one and she had the technicians available.
