  Would definitely go again but guys, PLEASE STOP ALL THE UPSELLING. It's so annoying and it does nothing to make me actually want to spend more money with you. You also need you understand the cars you service. One of the upsell points was for a service that cannot be performed on a Civic due to how the car is manufactured. And if the customer says "stop trying to upsell me" you should... IDK, stop?

  Have been to this location twice for both my vehicles this month and they are always very helpful and informative. Always positive vibes and great communication with me and each other. Highly recommended.

  The staff who helped me today especially Stephanie were amazing! I left feeling even more sure about my loyalty to valvoline for my future oil changes. I had mentioned an issue with my ac and Stephanie was able to fix it for me during the oil change, I had been dealing with this for months so It was a relief to finally have it fixed! I tend to be very cautious about going places for car trouble because I worry about mechanics taking advantage of the fact that Im not very knowledgeable about cars but valvoline has always been honest and trustworthy and today only showed proof to this more. I will definitely be coming back for my future oil changes!

  So went here to get an oil change valvoline memorial drive they forgot to put the cap on my vehicle so when I left I smelt fumes didn't think nothing of it next day went back cause I still smelt it they didn't put my oil cap on then went back all they did was wipe it down absolutely terrible but when I did get to speak to the manager he was nice but for them not to have an actual jeep corporation make sure there's no oil in any other compartments is terrible so out of pocket I have to pay 200 dollars for a diagnostic

  My husband handles all servicing for our vehicles; however, during his deployment, he requested that I take the vehicle to Valvoline. I had the oil changed on January 2, 2026, at 9:59am. On January 17, 2026, a warning appeared on the dashboard indicating an issue with the oil. I was unsure of its meaning. The following day, January 18, 2026, the warning reappeared, this time accompanied by a message indicating that the vehicle could not be driven. I contacted the service center, and Steph was dispatched to inspect the vehicle. Steph reported that there were no signs of leakage, but her supervisor advised her not to take further action until they reviewed the security footage from that day. I was instructed not to operate the vehicle until I received further notice. I waited for three days, during which I repeatedly called the service center; each time, the manager informed me that they needed to review the footage before determining the next steps. They mentioned that if towing was necessary, it would be arranged. On the third day, the manager addressed me in a somewhat brusque manner, indicating that they had completed their review and suggesting I determine the subsequent course of action myself. He concluded my claim, although I inquired about which claim he was referring to. He explained that I had requested a video review, which they conducted, and that they found no fault on their part. I wish to clarify that I never explicitly requested a video review; my primary concern was to address the issue resulting from the last oil change, as I have not observed any oil leaks. The manager also recommended an additional oil change. Does this imply that the previous oil change was improperly performed by your staff? Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at this location.
