Half of my skid plate fell off two miles down the road. I immediately when back and let them know what happened. They made no Priority to get me taken care of quickly I waited 40 minutes just to be seen after having already waited 40 minutes to get my oil change initially. Technicians took 15 minutes to re-fit my banged up skid plate and my requests to speak to a manager were ignored. After depending to speak to someone the manager came out to tell me they would not issue me any sort of refund and said customer service would reach out with a coupon towards next time (they never did). He refused to give me anything in writing. Terrible experience Screw this place.

They are not responding & area manager is dodging my calls. Can someone above Dylan please call. Update they fixed my car towed it back to me. My wife is now on the side of the highway with an oil light on & no oil in the engine a day after they said it was fixed. This is a nightmare.

When it was time to pay, they charged me in full because the employee didn’t know he was supposed to get a code and how would I have known that? The managers (Orlando and a woman who I didn’t get the name of) admitted the employee was new and should have asked them, but refused to take responsibility and they refused to let me leave. They literally held me captive as I showed them multiple proofs of purchase. I eventually just had to over draft my account so they would allow me to leave. It was embarrassing and I feel completely scammed.
