I usually avoid flying Js I’m a loves type of guy! But I got stuck here for 2 days due to a snow storm and let me tell u! This is by far one of the cleanest truck stops I’ve been to in a long time… it’s fairly new! The team of ppl that work there are great ppl.. Christina was a wonderful person! Made me feel like a person/family not just another trucker! Great customer service skills. They gained a new customer through her today

It’s sad in the middle of a winter weather emergency when trucks are forced off the road and you don’t know if a space is reserved or not but yet they will wake you up and make you move and leave the truck stop. That is against state law during a snow emergency where travel is restricted for trucks and it has been reported. Your employees are leaving your company open for a lawsuit

Store is great and super clean. Staff is super friendly, the only thing I had a problem with is that it looks like there was a service electrician there. I believe it was an TNT electric vehicle, and the guy almost hit me with his ladder. And was very rude. Again I don’t believe this is pilot‘s fault, but they need to look at who they are hiring for contractors

Extremely disappointed with this location. My husband is an over-the-road truck driver and was parked legally in sleeper berth as required by DOT regulations. He had been parked for about 4 hours when a security guard knocked on his door demanding a $25 parking fee and threatened to make him leave if he didn’t pay. There are NO signs anywhere stating paid parking, reserved parking, or a $25 fee — not at the entrance, not in the lot, and not on individual spaces. Other trucks were parked outside of marked spots as well, yet enforcement claimed the entire lot was paid parking. Forcing or threatening a driver to move while they are in sleeper berth is unsafe and puts them at risk of violating DOT regulations. This felt like predatory enforcement, not proper parking management. If parking is paid, it needs to be clearly and visibly posted BEFORE drivers park, not enforced hours later. Truck drivers deserve transparency and respect. We will not be stopping at this Pilot Flying J again.

Ok so I'm as former driver i visited this truck stop as i love close by and I'll explain why i was there after. But here is my take of this truck stop, YES, IT IS A NEW BUILDING,, So yes shower there are 6 and wheelchair accessible which is why i went and again I'll explain after. The store is your average Pilot nothing fancy and their food court basic truck supplies and electronics for drivers headsets, Cobra CBs,GPS and average 12v accessories. Now what i didn't like is the lay out for Fuel and parking. IF YOU ARE A NEW DRIVER AND NOT GREAT AT TIGHT PLACES AVOID THIS TRUCK STOP, one way in and out from the fuel island and not as ton of room if you are in as jam in time this is your last resort in my opinion. Right next door is Pride with more room to fuel and park. There is also another Pride off i91 for fuel with DD and Subway. Now i am disabled and don't have access to a wheelchair accessible bathroom. This Pilot has one that was very nice. I'm a tall BIG HEAVY MALE, and the shower was accessible and was able to get a nice shower.. So new drivers i would avoid if possible this is a new pilot and already has had some driver accidents causing issues. The Pilot store it self is very nice has 6 showers I'm not sure of parking but i think it's 25 spots, pride next door has more Pride off 91 has only 30 minutes parking. This Pilot has small Laundry room and no actual driver lounge. I did not use your bathroom as i was just there for showers. THIS PILOT HAS NO ROOM FOR OVER SIZE LOADS. AGAIN IF YOU ARE A NEW DRIVER I WOULD AVOID THIS PILOT. SORRY PILOT THIS LOCATION IS POORLY PLANNED FOR TRUCKS.
