I called around her area for a quick tire plug and this shop said they could see her in an hour. Ok great. I send her there and they tried to sell her a whole package, new tire, alignment, rotation, the whole deal. For a tire to be plugged which I could do myself. If you are a lady be advised that they will try to take advantage of you. They even started before she said yes because they thought she was going to ok the work. Avoid this place.

I looked online for their available tires they had in stock and saw ones i wanted so i booked with them through their online appointment system. When I arrived for my appointment i was told it would be a 2 hour wait until my car could be seen. Then I went to purchase their tires and they told me they didn’t have any tires in sets of 4 for my car. They had one brand with 3 tires and one brand that only had 1 tire. She gave me the quote for the brand that had the 3 tires to get two of them replaced. Then i was told that my car can’t just replace 2 tires and i need all 4 done. They don’t have a set of 4 tires for my car. Then they told me they could order tires for tomorrow morning for me. They pulled the tire quote for the brand i saw online and the in person quote was $400 more than the quote given online before booking.
