The last time I went, I let them know I was on a specific budget and they worked with me to stay in the budget and make the most of it. They went above and beyond in this regard, understanding that I could only do what was necessary and didn't want to be upsold. They also let me know my battery would soon need to be replaced and even looked up the model so I know exactly what to look for even when I wasn't able to do it there and then. Great experience!
