    All the employees on Fuller road in Chicopee were very helpful especially Nick, outstanding service. I would recommend this enterprise, great cars too.

    Love the Dodge 250 I rented and the guys at Fuller St service were great but beware of the system they use for tolls. Had own transducer on dash the entire 2 trips. But keep on getting credit card charged by htoll.com 6 weeks later and paid on my account. And you get charged like 13 bucks for a 1.50 toll. Just rent if no toll roads involved. Ready to block card from them. They should have their own transducers in vehicles and just charge customer actual tolls rather than play we got your CC # games

    Rental was fine but forgot my prescription sunglasses and remote in car and no help at all. Don't rush when returning your vehicle!
