I was billed 3 times the published rate ($20.95 vs $7.90) and then they lied about the program multiple times, claiming it was not part of Enterprise and that they had no obligation at the time of rental, or during the online reservation process, to disclose what the fees could be. Instead, she claimed I had to ask them in order to be notified. The rep then hung up on me when I asked for a manager. When I called corporate line to ask for a manager they said they could not give me one, I had to go in person to the local office.
