  My car was the unfortunate victim of a keying and my insurance company dramatically undervalued the cost of the repair, preventing me from receiving a payout above my deductible. I brought my vehicle to Vinny and the team, and he immediately agreed that the third-party appraiser undervalued the cost of the repair and would go to bat for me to make it right. He communicated clearly the work that would be done to the body, worked with the appraiser to show the amount of work involved in restoring it to its pre-vandalism condition in order to help my insurer pay for repair, and showed a level of passion for his work that made me feel comfortable with leaving my car with him for the week and a half that he had it.   Vinny was courteous, professional and polite. I was told it would take one week to get the job done and the car was ready when promised, the estimate Vinny gave me was much less than other estimates I received and the work was exceptional. Thank you Vinny.

  Brought my Jeep Wrangler here for body work and I am very pleased with the work they did. Mastercraft holds themselves to a high standard which I appreciate and respect. Hopefully I won't be needing any collision repairs again soon, but this will definitely be the first place I call.
