  I recently had an outstanding experience with this Enterprise Truck Rental in Chelsea, MA! I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Hanna, who truly went above and beyond to assist me with my truck rental needs. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that she was incredibly customer-oriented and accommodating. Hanna took the time to understand my requirements and provided invaluable advice on the best options for my situation. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and I genuinely appreciate her efforts!   Please be aware, this branch of Enterprise will not rent to those with International driving licenses, only US and Canada. We only found this out upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, this was not communicated to us at time of booking or in confirmation email despite UK address being provided during booking.

  This might possibly be the worst rental location. I would not recommend it under any circumstances. I had reserved a truck for pickup on Saturday morning at 1100 through the Enterprise App. 30 minutes before my pickup a representative named Hannah called me and told me they had no vehicles available. This left me completely stranded in Boston - had I known my reservation was cancelled I would not have moved forward with my travel arrangements. I’ve used Enterprise for all of my work and personal rentals for the past 10 years and have never had this bad of an experience with them before. I was given no time to change my plans as Hannah just casually canceled my reservation on me right before pickup. And that’s the only thing she did was cancel it over the phone, it still showed my reservation on the app. I then spend an hour talking to multiple customer service representatives in order to be reimbursed for the rental that was canceled on me. I’ve never encountered a customer service representative as bad as Hannah in the past 10 years dealing with Enterprise. If I performed this poorly at my job, I would have been fired years ago. I would never ever try to use this Enterprise location again and don’t plan on ever relying on them again in general for vehicle rentals. I will also put in a company recommendation not to do business with them anymore going forward.

  Do not recommend this branch for rentals. I rented online and specifically chose this Chelsea, MA location because they had vehicles available to book when the other location I tried was booked out. I received an email confirming the rental. I then received a very casual phone call mid day the day before the pick up stating they had transferred all of their vehicles to the airport and would not have the truck I needed at the time I needed but would find one for later in the day. I asked when I would hear back and she said later that day. I never heard anything back and I never received an email canceling my rental. I called multiple times the morning of my reservation with no answer. Online stated they opened at 7 am, I called many times before 10 am and immediately got the automatic message that they were closed. I finally received a phone call at 9:40AM to tell me she had not found a car yet, mind you my reservation pick up time was at 10am, that’s twenty minutes prior. She said she could still try the locations nearby and would let me know. I asked how much time to expect before I received a call back and she said 30 minutes. I did not receive a return call. I had to call her at 11:15 to which someone named Hannah answered the phone. I explained the situation and how I was calling for an update. I was informed there was nothing Hannah could do. I inquired why I was even able to make a reservation if they didn’t have a vehicle to honor it and she said that wasn’t their fault it was higher up than her. When I then inquired who I could speak to at a higher level she said there was no one at a higher level and she was the higher level. Yet any question I asked she blamed on higher level. Which one is it Hannah?! Hannah used a lot of buzz word customer service lingo “I’m sorry you feel that way.” “I am that person to talk to” “this isn’t our fault it’s from higher up” etc etc. be warned don’t book here and assume you’ll have a truck to pick up. Reservations mean nothing apparently. We are now out thousands of dollars because of the poor customer service and unwillingness to make it right. Our options are either to book through the remaining cars at the airport, which are going for $3500-$5000 at the moment. OR cancel our hotel reservations for the next few nights and lose $$$ that way, plus the costs of booking new hotels in the city which would also add up to thousands of dollars. Enterprise is a massive national company, touted as the number one reliable rental car company in the country. They can do better and have the funding to make something like this right for the everyday man, but clearly don’t actually care about their customer base just the bottom line.
