    Not happy at all, I believe I’m done with Enterprise. I recently had a NO FAULT accident and insurance accepted a $60 a day comparable vehicle to my 2023 Lexus RX, instead they started taking my deposit of $100 and tried to put me in a small Nissan sedan, why am I paying high premium for a $60 dollar rental if they can put you in whatever they have. After I was disappointed with the selection they told me they had an Audi SUV and the other agent asked if I can pay, I’m like what? What am I paying for? He didn’t explain at all! I told him I already paid the deposit but then he said you have to pay more. Had they known what i have for a rate they should have put me in something comparable to $60 a day and I would have paid up front for the deposit whatever it was. No explanation at all. Now I’m stuck with a Nissan Rogue that doesn’t even accelerate like my other vehicle, I’m just not happy at all and feel like I’m paying a premium for nothing! I can rent a cadillac for $37 a day, or other vehicles at a more Cheaper rate. Now it’s a hassle to get out of this and get approval for another one and then drop it off and go somewhere else. I work for the state and have a second job like my time doesn’t mean anything! Not happy at all and I’ll share this with many people as I can and ask them to not settle and go to other places that actually have vehicles and that know how to explain with compassion. This will be the last time I use Enterprise!

    I don't recommend this place to anyone. Twice now I've made a reservation and they've canceled it 10 minutes before. There's always something wrong with that place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
