- VSV SmirnovDec 4, 20255.0I got a flat tire in the evening, there was a piece of metal sticking out and the air was going out very fast. I first called the official dealer, but they couldn’t even tell me if they had my tires in stock and just said they would call me back. I was very nervous, I had my 2-year-old daughter in the car, my husband was on a business trip, and honestly I don’t understand anything about tires. Then I called the nearest Sullivan Tire, and a very kind woman answered the phone. She understood that I was stressed, spoke to me very calmly, listened to the whole story, helped me find where to look for my tire size, and really encouraged and reassured me. She found the right tires for me for the next day, even though other places didn’t have them. I had to use tire sealant and pump the tire to be able to drive to their shop, but once I got there, they changed my tires in about an hour. The price was lower than at the official dealer, and the service and speed were much better. I am very grateful and I highly recommend this place.
