  Until today, I had several positive experiences, but my experience today was exceptionally bad. Here are two reasons for my negative review: 1) Making an appointment online doesn't mean a thing. - I made an appointment online, but then when I showed up, I was told they couldn't take me today. They did try to call me earlier to say the appointment wouldn't work, but I was in meetings all morning, so I didn't get their call. Their online system should not accept appointments if they can't handle them. 2) You can't trust when the online system says a tire is available in a specific store. They apparently don't have a lot of tire options in stock on a given day. - Today after being told they couldn't see me for my appointment, I asked if I could come back tomorrow and they said no, because they didn't even have a single tire that could fit my car. I found that hard to believe since it's not like my car is an unusual one. Also, when I made the appointment for today, the online system specifically said that the tires for my car were available today in their store. Happy ending: After this negative experience, I went across the street to Pikipola tires where I got my tire replaced quickly (under 30 minutes) and for a super reasonable price (just $90 total). That's where I'll go in the future!

  Got a tire done, my tire sensor reader was working before coming here. Now after one new tire I have one less tire sensor that works. That is wrong of them, I don’t understand why they send me on my way. They told me it will work in a day, and it never work. I need this done by a professional that care, Not someone to just get paid.

  "I had a fantastic experience here! I came in with a puncture, and the team was incredibly efficient. They fixed the tire and swapped it with my spare in just 30 minutes. To my surprise, they didn't even charge me for the service. Truly amazing people and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone!" I forgot the names.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire on Mass Ave. Darron was very helpful even though I had no idea what I was doing and went to a tire and brakes place for completely not tire and brake related issues. My driver car door was filling with water, he very kindly showed me how to unplug it and suggested I follow up with another shop, and even suggested one in the area. I also needed a state inspection, and he kindly directed me the right way. Overall, Darron deserves all the props for making even the most car challenged folks feel comfortable asking for help and getting the services they need!

  The receptionist Darron at Mavis was incredibly helpful and professional. He first inspected my tires and explained that they were too old and needed replacement. He was patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to walk me through the available options. He clearly explained everything and even helped find discounts for me. Overall, he provided excellent service and made the whole experience very smooth.:::
