I repeatedly said I needed more time to research before agreeing to the service, but they kept pushing, explaining things in a way that felt overwhelming, proving everything was in ways only them will understand very undermining rather than honest. After declining several times, I was told my car wouldn’t make an upcoming road trip to NH this week, unless I did the service, which scared me into saying yes. To make their point, they also talked down about the car make. After I paid, the tone completely changed and any follow-up questions were answered in a rude and condescending way. When I later tried to confirm online what type of coolant was used and asked for a copy of the initial diagnosis, I couldn’t get clear answers by phone or chat, and I never received the diagnostic documentation. After doing my own research, based on the car year and miles this all felt very opportunistic, pushy and honestly kind of scammy. I won’t be returning, and dont recommend it specially to women.
