- SCShelby ChubbOct 8, 20155.0While I was pumping gas, a mechanic named Wally came over to ask if I knew I had a flat tire - I did not! He added air but it didn't improve. Upon inspection, there was an inch long tear so it wasn't fixable. I live on the Cape and was heading back home so when he found out, he looked for a used tire instead of putting the on the spare since I had so far to go. He offered me the used tire for only $25 and didn't charge me for any of the service to replace the flat. More importantly, he was simply the nicest guy and was a godsend at 7am when I was trying to get to work. I am so grateful for his help as I didn't have my cell on me and if I had broken down on the side of the road instead it would have been so much worse. tldr; Amazing customer service!! This is now my favorite location for gas in the area. Thanks a bunch, Wally!
