Arrived at the appointment only to find out that not only did they not have the tires, but that they can't get them even though the website showed them as available. They knew they couldn't get them before my appointment and never let me know. And then, of course, they wanted to try to sell me something similar as in all weather tires, which are no substitute for true winter tires. A full bait and switch.

The guy at the front desk gave me a really hard time for bringing my damaged tire in the trunk of my car (I put on a spare) instead of… rolling it into the shop? It was very frustrating and strange, obviously I want you to put it on my car and I had to drive it in..so HUH? Unsure of his sobriety level. On top of that he then lied to me and said they discontinued the type of tire I had and they'd need to replace more than just the 1. Went to another shop immediately got zero hassle and they ordered my tire and replaced it with no problems. DO NOT GO HERE.
