I was charged another $800 for an axle service to fix the noise only to continue to hear the noise after the service. Turns out they put the wrong brake pads on during my first service and that is what was causing the noise. Now they refuse to answer my calls and give me a refund for the additional axle service that did not fix the original issue I came in for, which was the noise. Rude, immature, and completely demeaning!
