  Excellent experience with the employees at Enterprise in Central Square in Cambridge. Smart, helpful crew. My rental car was clean and in great shape. Highly recommend

  Cambridge MA location has such a great team! My wife and I met two females working the counter to pick up our reserved AWD mid size SUV on a cold December Saturday close to closing time. In review of the vehicle, the employee noticed an issue requiring a claim on the car, plus it needed an oil change. Since it was the last available in the class we reserved, they were able to upgrade us to a larger class SUV that had come in. We are so grateful for those gals because we as southern women were not used to driving in such snowy/icy conditions in MA/NH/VT! Thanks for keeping us confident and safe on our holiday trip :)

  Renting a car from a dying company has as many hoops as it does the lacking of customers services for darker skinned customers. 60$ for the car 300$ down for liability and they ask for payment for insurance and an extra fee if someone else is driving the vehicle. Add that up for 3 days to a week. And it’s a highway robbery. Go to touro or Zipcar. Or uber rent. This is a ridiculous set of rules and prices. No wiggle room. I can’t see enterprise surviving another 20 years without adjusting to competition. If it wasn’t for meeting a employee that was the same skin color as me I would’ve never gotten the car. That says a lot bout business in Massachusetts in the year 2025.
