It has nothing to with this particular shop but with Safelite as a company. My situation below if you want to read why I won't use Safelite ever. Safelite My first experience with me and probably my last. I had a crack on Saturday that was 4 inches on my windshield and they scheduled me same day and no one ever showed up to repair it and no response from them, I had to reach out to them to reschedule. They rescheduled me for that following Monday and they called me that no one was available to come out. I tell them that my crack is now 5 inches and they said it has to be a replacement now. They schedule me for Wednesday and then the crack spread to 6 inches. So now instead of a possible $0 repair, I'm out $1000. I'm just going to hit up the dealership next time and thats saying a lot. My fault for having my deductible be $1000 I learned my lesson on that one though.
