I have escalated the situation twice with no response from the workplace or the staff from the company who was getting to the bottom of what happened. This is unacceptable. They said something was broken and that they had ordered this part. Three months later, they called me to fix the door. A few hours later, they completely broke the door. It's really funny. I categorically do not recommend this place to anyone. It's a really crappy place. Be careful.
