Photos speak for themselves I mean that is just embarrassing work. Cracked molding on both sides glue everywhere didn’t even put the top molding back, should’ve just sent the car back with no windshield instead.

I’m sharing this so other customers with newer vehicles are aware of potential issues.
I had a windshield repair and replacement done on my Mazda CX-50. The initial crack repair made the damage worse, and the replacement glass installed was aftermarket and caused sensor/ADAS warning codes on the vehicle. Safelite later ordered another windshield, but the issue still wasn’t fully resolved.
I eventually had to take the car to a Mazda dealership for proper repair and calibration, which took months to sort out. After a lot of back-and-forth, Allen did step in and helped cover the repairs at Mazda, which I do appreciate.
My main concern was communication — updates were very limited and I often had to follow up myself while the process dragged on for months.
If you have a newer vehicle with cameras and safety systems, make sure the shop can provide OEM glass and proper calibration from the start. Otherwise, what should be a simple windshield job can turn into a long and expensive headache.
