  I really like to thank Yaz and the whole team of enterprise for helping me get my rental back to enterprise said he come pickup at 2:00PM I asked if he could come sooner he said he do his best and he came early there is no other rental company I will ever use or location thank you guys

  Very Disappointed My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Brockton was terrible. The staff showed very poor communication and customer service. They don’t seem to care about their customers — only about their own policies. The employees were rude and unhelpful, making the whole process stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 160 N Main St in Brockton, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, respected, and well taken care of. Even though the office was busy, every team member remained friendly, patient, and professional. They greeted me with a smile, explained the rental process clearly, and made sure I understood all the details before driving off. The atmosphere felt organized and efficient, yet still very personal — they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my vehicle and confident about everything. The car I rented was clean, well-maintained, and ran perfectly. It was obvious that this location takes pride in the quality of their vehicles and the satisfaction of their customers. The entire process — from pickup to return — was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me, though, was how the staff went above and beyond to help me. Despite how busy they were, they still took the time to give me a ride home after I returned the car. That level of kindness and attention to customer care is rare these days, and it truly made a difference in my experience. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at this Enterprise location. The staff at 160 N Main St in Brockton are professional, courteous, and genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely continue to rent from them in the future and highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for outstanding service and reliable vehicles.

  The handsome, dark-skinned, sexy, cute, black man who sat at the taller front desk and helped me Saturday morning (9/27) did an amazing job. I had five cars to choose from, and he let me check out all of them. I ended up with the one he suggested, and I'm glad I did. The process was quick, and smooth. His fine self had me out of there in under 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take him with me (maybe next time) but I did leave with a great car. Overall, I had an amazing experience & will be renting with Enterprise again!
