- JZjim zeollaJan 3, 20263.0It just seems like every time I come to bring my oil back so I can change my oil they always tell me that the oil thing is full so I don't end up buying my oil there I go over to O'Reilly's and they always empty the oil for me I spend a lot of money in the AutoZone fortunately I can't spend money in the AutoZone when they can't even take my recycled oil back they must lose business that way, I do love buying my parts at the AutoZone but it's frustrating when I have a day off to change my oil and I have to shop somewhere else for it.

No matter how many people on staff in store or customers whenever ask for any of their services (battery, windshield wipers, engine light etc.) they have the same answer “we don’t have enough people working for me to help come back later”. They never want to help or do their job which makes majority of the store pointless.
