  I had a very unpleasant experience at the parts department. The representative (John Polihronidi) was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. This is not the first time — a friend of mine had the same experience with him. I visit dealerships often and this is the first time I felt this level of discomfort. The way we were treated felt discriminatory, which is very concerning. Customer service needs serious improvement here.

  I was introduced through a colleague and had been considering a Toyota 4Runner for its versatility, especially with our lifestyle, kayaking and surfing in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and traveling with our dog. From the start, the team at Copeland Toyota was prepared and professional. The vehicle was ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. Romeo was excellent to work with, knowledgeable, easy to connect with, and never pushy. His focus was on helping me find the right fit, not just making a sale, which meant a lot. Joe, the sales manager, was also very involved and made sure we explored all the right options, even beyond what was available on their lot. We were able to identify the right vehicle, agree on a fair trade-in for my Jeep, and finalize everything in the same visit. Everyone involved, from Todd Copeland to Joe, Romeo, and Carleen, contributed to a smooth experience. The entire process, from sales through finance, was efficient, transparent, and easy. Buying a car has not historically been an enjoyable experience for me, but this one was. I will definitely be referring them and plan to use them again in the future, including for our business. Great team all around.
