She had to work hard to get my defective battery out, which didn't want to give... while standing in the frigid cold. She let me vent about how stressful it's been, being the only car/driver in my household and the major responsibilities I have as a single parent and caregiver for my elderly and disabled Dad. It was like a mini therapy session and a battery replacement in one lol. She also checked my alternator and diagnostics for me. Not to mention, she's a total badass as a female who attended school for this, which was great to see! 💪 If you have a problem, go see Ashley at the Bridgewater location!!!
