It made a difference that they were thorough, showing me that my oil filter needed to be replaced due to a nest that was gathering material there. I liked that they also checked the cabin air filter, brake lights, and addressed any potential service indicator lights. And they showed me the new oil filter as it was installed, and that the new oil was at the appropriate level when all was done. Perhaps most impressive was how efficient the process was, and how quickly I was able to drive away (<15 minutes!)
