  THIRTY PLUS YEARS! I have absolute confidence in their work each and every time! Only place all of my vehicles visit for repair and maintenance! Our present vehicles are up to 140K miles each and aiming to reach 200K miles plus. All due to their ongoing diligence! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their Service and professionalism!

  Sullivan Tire cannot be trusted. On August 30th, 2025, it was serviced for an oil change where it was recommended to change coolant fluid because they lost the record of when it got changed on June 6th, 2025. I declined as it would not need to be done again. Then comes September 11th, needing to safely and quickly pull off the road because the engine is too hot. The vehicle needs to be towed to Sullivan Tire. They did a fix which I thought was an easy fix versus the correct fix and solution. Then on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, all of a sudden on the highway, the check engine light is blinking and acceleration is fading fast. I have to try to quickly and safely get off the highway to have a safe place to wait for another tow, having the vehicle picked up on September 29th, being told everything should be all set now, there should be no more issues. Once again, we have the message of Stop Driving When Safe. Engine Temperature Too Hot. Had to wait over 2 hours to get a tow truck to drop off the vehicle. After doing my own research for issues, I find that it may have been a censor issue all along because the censor failing causes all the issues being had. Obviously, Sullivan Tire only did a quick fix versus the proper way. If Sullivan Tire really checked everything, then this issue shouldn’t have happened. Beyond pissed off with this company, my safety clearly does not matter to you. Sullivan Tire only cares about how much money they can make; safety is no longer your priority or concern. A few years back, Sullivan Tire was a company you could trust, but now at least this location, with taking your car there, is like taking it nowhere at all.

  Excellent service and attention to detail on my classic 1956 Chevy show car. New BF Goodrich Radial T/A's look great on my Keystone Klassic wheels. The install was done by A. Gonzalez who was very careful....much appreciated ! Patrick and his team at Ivory St. Braintree are the best. I highly recommend them !

  I would have given 5 stars, but after spending 2k on basic maintenance for my car here, it was given back to me with oil stains all over the driver and passenger seats, and both doors as well. I had my car detailed 2 weeks prior to this, so its frustrating to say the least. Otherwise the service was fine.
