Shortly after they show me the screw and tell me its not able to get patched because it was on the shoulder and I can only pay $15 to have the spare put on or to buy a new tire Pulling the screw out, knowing they would not be able to plug it was a dirty sales tactic.

That changed when I brought my car in for an issue another shop had failed to fix. Since then, I’ve trusted Sullivan Tire exclusively for all of my car repairs. I want to thank the Manager and the entire team for always standing behind their work and doing right by their customers. It’s reassuring to know I have a dependable place to bring my car, and I truly appreciate the service you provide.

After paying her 600 she drove the car home and her battery light came on for the first time since she’s had the car. Next day on the way to work it won’t turn and the radio shuts off. She goes back there and now she needs a new battery, all costing her another 700. And ofcourse when she leaves the check engine light comes on smh. Never again

- WDWinnie DayMay 28, 20252.0I had something called a frontal caliberator issue on my Jeep Compass 2016. The auto tech said it would be $1333.00 to do the work. I had new brakes done at a garage in Quincy, MA last fall so I took my car back to them to do the frontal caliberator and the garage in Quincy, MA charged me just $340.00 to do the work. Sullivans tire sales are great. I got new tires from them in February 2025. The staff are very pleasant, but I'd be very cautious about what they charge to have major auto repairs done.
