- GNGreg NFeb 14, 20261.0Wow - a buffoon could be more helpful. I brought my car to Sullivan to replace a bent rim. The shop didn't check to see which rim was bent and replaced the wrong tire. Go somewhere else if you want your car serviced by people who care and can think about problem solving.

He told me he could see a nail in one of the tires. I returned on Monday without an appointment to have the tire fixed. Within a few hours the tire was repaired. I really appreciated the prompt service and friendly workers.

- AAAndrewOct 15, 20251.0I had a small screw in my tire so I went after work to get it plugged. Was told it was going to be $38 (which was fine). Shortly after they show me the screw and tell me its not able to get patched because it was on the shoulder and I can only pay $15 to have the spare put on or to buy a new tire Pulling the screw out, knowing they would not be able to plug it was a dirty sales tactic.
