We walked over to this Autozone where we met with Miles, who helped me pick out the right battery, walked all the way back to my car with us, and installed it swiftly! He was laid back, easy to talk to, funny, and provided great service. I can't thank him enough for helping us out in a sticky situation!

Asked for brake pad sensors and he looking up something else pertaining to the ABS sensor. Plus they all were standing in a corner talking while I waited. Lady who worked there had to call him over to help while she went outside to do a battery in the cold without him even asking if he could do it. Lazy lazy and rude. Think his Nance was Chris. Won't return to this one.

During the blizzard, Ron and Erin at this AutoZone confirmed the battery was no good. Ron changed it, confirmed everything was working properly, guaranteeing my waitress could get home in the blizzard safely. Ron is a gentleman. Thank you.
