    Unfair and scammers!! I hate doing this-making bad reviews, but we are extremely frustrated! We rented the car for 5 days in Boston. We brought the car back in the same condition as we got. After 10 days we received an email stating that we damaged the car (front) and we own them $1300. When we picked up the car it was already little bit damaged in a different way (back) They found little scratch on the front and saying that we did it.. Which is totally wrong! You can see the photo for what they are asking money. And as I mentioned above after 10 days when we left the car. We looked up at Damage Appraisers and they were red flagged for being scammers!!

    I recently wrote a one-star review due to some dissatisfaction. However, management at Sixt corrected the problem. I am truly impressed with the way Sixt management handled my complaint in a very professional manner. I have used Sixt many times before and was fairly happy but the only time I was unhappy, it took them one day to correct the issue. It is great to feel valued as a customer. They got my business for life.

    I am extremely impressed with Sixt @ Logan. I came for a sad occasion, and Sammy at the desk was warm and professional, made the whole process a breeze, gave me an awesome upgrade, and overall made me leave the place ... rejuvenated! In the parking place and attendant with the most beautiful smile helped me get settled fast, and I understood while she was called (name on the tag) THE Janet. The checkout process was very smooth, these people know what they're doing !- Quentin and Iman. Everyone seemed to genuinely like what they're doing and being at this company. Will be back!!

    I had a very disappointing experience with Sixt at Boston Logan Airport and would not rent from them again. From the start, communication at the service desk was poor. The process for retrieving the vehicle was unclear and not explained properly, which made what should have been a simple pickup unnecessarily frustrating. The condition of the car itself was also unacceptable. It was not properly cleaned and had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor as soon as I got in. On top of that, the rear tire would not hold proper air pressure—I had to refill it six times over the course of just four days, which is both inconvenient and concerning from a safety standpoint. When I tried to address these issues, communication remained poor. There was little to no meaningful response while I had the vehicle, and the situation was only addressed after I returned it. Even then, there was no real resolution. Because I booked through a third party, I was told no compensation could be offered—only vague, undisclosed “future vouchers,” which felt dismissive and inadequate given the circumstances. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the lack of communication, poor vehicle condition, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend renting from this location.

    Nathan at Logan Airport was extremely helpful throughout the process. He guided me in choosing the right car and was consistently attentive to my needs. I appreciated his patience, clarity, and professionalism. That said, the vehicle had a noticeable odor consistent with previous pot smoking. I was in a rush and proceeded, but this has been a recurring issue in multiple rentals with Sixt at various locations. It might be appropriate to enforce higher penalties for violations to ensure a consistent customer experience. This is becoming an issue, and if I had my kids with me, I would have tried to change cars — which isn't always possible due to inventory.
