    I have to say that the experience with Ryma was extra ordinary! Ryma gave us the best service ever!! She was so patient, explained everything and got us the best car on a busy weekend of thanksgiving. Its the first time with sixt and Ryma was the best we could ask for. Thank you so much for the best service Ryma! 😊

    We had a wonderful experience receiving our rental car by having been greeted by Ryma. She was kind, warm and very helpful as this was our first trip to Boston. She checked us in efficiently and provided us with great service on our reservation.

    Be prepared to be scammed! I told the customer agent that I had a prepaid reservation including full coverage. I also told him that I would like to have a transponder for the toll roads. I was offered a transponder for 6,50 US$/day, including flatrate for toll roads. The result is the following after 8 days of rent: + about 190 $ for complete insurance + 16,50$ per day of toll road usage +actual tolls 2/5 stars since the car was actually clean and for the pickup location (The Westin Seaport). PS: it took about 45 min to get the car, because there were two customers in front of me.

    After 2 times of renting through Sixt, I can honestly say that this is one of the shadiest and most parasitic companies I've worked with for renting vehicles. The cars that I received were actually good. Well kept, good condition, drove well and had no issues. The problem is with the staff I worked with and the shady practices. After my first rental, they didn't tell me that they charge $11.99 a gallon for putting gas in the car so I ended up with about $70 of extra charge from that. On top of it, they charge junk fees like a "Convention Center Fee", "Police Training Surcharge", and even though I put the first car back perfectly, they charged a "Parking Violation Surcharge". The next week when I rented from them, Ryma, the front desk attendant, had previously made my rental a 24 hour rental. This week she said she made it a 24 hour rental again but I then get an email saying my car is overdue from yesterday upon returning it. Even though Ryma told me she would make my booking 24 hours because it's the same price, she didn't this time. Then when I reached out to customer service they just read the agreement to me and insisted that they were useless, which is seems like they are. Bottom line is that they have decent enough cars, but the staff and junk fees are just awful. Only rent here if you want to end up paying more than what it would have costed to rent from another company with better service and it's the last place available. Check every single thing they tell you and read all of the terms and conditions because this company is parasitic and predatory.

    A fantastic experience! We received incredibly fast and excellent service. Very friendly and efficient. We had a problem with our phone charger, and they immediately found a solution so we could continue on our way. We stay at this hotel quite often, and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.
