  Worst rental car agency. Had to wait after our booking time because there was only one lady for all the customers. We got a very dirty car. And now they are charging us an additional day saying we gave back the car later than the booked time, while we came back few hours BEFORE the end of the rental. And they had the audacity to say the car was dirty, we just gave it back the way it was given to us

  The worst company I ever delt with, they refuse to give me the car, and now they trying to be racist against me and saying that I am gonna steal the car, they refuse to help with anything, I needed the car urgently, they still refuse, I have no words to say more than what a racist company trying not to work and provide their first time customers with a car. Worst experience I ever had, the most kind of racist company I ever delt with.

  I paid in advance & the day before my reservation I requested for the date to be pushed back one. My family suffered a lost unexpectedly & needed to purchase tickets for family members. Informed that I would need a day to insure that I had the funds available for the $200 hold. They said that wasn't an option & that my only alternative was to cancel. Since I had booked through expedia they said that they would advocate on my behalf for a full refund. Sixt said that is also not am option. So I'm out of $ for a rental I booked for a week. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with.

  Terrible experience every single time I come here. They make customers feel like they are begging for a car. If you are a Sixt Plus customer, don’t bother—this location clearly does not value you. Even when the central reservation line confirms the exact pickup time, you still end up waiting 1–2 hours, only to be told there is no car available. People have jobs. We take time off work to come here, and they completely disregard your time. The entire operation feels broken—from the system to the way staff handle customers. This location is extremely poorly managed.
