    After spending thousands of dollars with Hertz for most of 2025, only to be met with poor vehicle selection and frustrating customer service - I switched to Sixt. I arrived at the desk at 6:00 a.m. and was helped by Melvin. After I shared my disappointment with the car options shown in the app when I checked in, he went out of his way to get me the exact model and color I wanted. If this were Hertz, I would’ve been told “too bad.” It's the little things. Thank you Melvin for making the start of the day positive!

    I am absolutely disappointed with this company. I specifically purchased the "Full Toll" option to avoid any issues, yet Sixt forced me to pay for the tolls three times on top of the package I already paid for! Je suis extrêmement déçu par Sixt. J'avais pourtant souscrit à l'option "Full Toll" (péage illimité) pour rouler l'esprit tranquille, mais l'entreprise m'a facturé les péages trois fois en plus du prix de l'option !

    The only car rental company I’d use. I’m Platinum Level and I can go straight to the lot. SIXT always places me into a new Audi/BMW. I think my last car, an X6 had under 500 miles. Tip: take a slow, HD video of your car before you hop in just in case of existing damage. See you next month when I return.

    Great all Round experience greeted by a very helpful young lady called Sammy at Boston Airport. Due to online check in not functioning Sammy whizzed through the check in for me. Car was exactly what we needed for our trip to NYC. No delays or hold ups got out of town on time to miss the start of the traffic. I've had to wait with other company's before causing frustration but Sammy and Sixt car rental made the whole experience of hiring a car alot less stressful. I will try and stick with this company for future bookings

    Had cars available when NO OTHER car rental company had ANY and were SUPER AFFORDABLE. It was a nightmare trying to find a car and after talking to multiple agencies and almost being screwed by hertz for over 2 thousand! For a car we reserved for 400 initially! We finally ask sixt if they had any they just casually go “oh yeah, we have some.” Shout out to THE MIKE (more like THE GOAT) for getting us the best car for our needs all the while getting us the best value for our buck. Definitely going to be using Sixt again.
