    I've had several occasions when my contract expired and was not notified or offered an opportunity to extend via email. I would like to be notified via email to be able to modify or extend my contract and not have to call & be told this option doesn't exist! I rent from enterprise/national when I travel and the Boston location is the only one that will not give me this option. When I ask I'm basically told this option doesn't exist further frustrating me with this issue!

    We rented about 2 weeks ago and that experience was fine. We realized we left some items in the car (one was a hydroflask that had some sentimental stickers I collected over the years). The policy we heard from the number attached was 90 days to recover lost items. My girlfriend did the rental so I dropped her off to pick up the items from this location. The lady at the front desk was so rude and condescending that my girlfriend came out crying without our stuff. What miserable people you have working here with terrible customer service. We will both never be using enterprise again.

    As a very active business traveler who rarely does reviews, the team at this Enterprise location really impressed me with their fast, professional and efficient check in and car assignments. Best rental car experience I’ve had since I can remember, despite a long line and freezing temperatures.

    Enterprise literally saved the day when another rental company completely dropped the ball. We were able to walk in on 12/23 with no reservation and left with a great car within 30 minutes. Enterprise is the only place I trust to rent a car through in Boston. Amazing staff and service.
