- APA personDec 6, 20253.0The customer service staff was great as always at Enterprise. I needed a Chrysler Pacifica for moving. As others mentioned, the national reservation service isn't linked to the local level. I reserved, then called the local branch. They told me the car wasn't available after the national reservation said it was. No problem, the local staff put me on the wait list and called back a day later to say it was available for me. I rented it. Only complaint was the car smelled like weed and the floor had not been vacuumed, and a canister of some type of pills were in the front storage area. Glad I found them before driving off, wouldn't want to be charged with having drugs if ever stopped. Biggest issue was smelling weed every time got into the van. Might not ever rent from this location, Roxbury MA again. But will others.

The folks at the desk make sure that every customer is attended nicely and not made to wait for long time to get the car. They also make sure that if the car I booked was unavailable, they would always give the option to get a free upgrade. These perks indeed built a strong reputation of enterprise as a company and I have been renting from here everywhere in the US. Will recommend people to use this branch whenever in Boston!
