    Exceptional service from Darren and I believe Lou (?). Entire process was incredibly quick and straight-forward! Will certainly be renting from this location for future trips to Boston.

    This place likes to cancel on you last minute. You cannot rely on them, and you shouldn't. They say that "they have no control over their website", hence, if you get a confirmation of your rental online it means nothing. If you by some miracle get a car, you will get good service, no complaints there.

    Renting from this location was great. Getting the vehicle was super easy and quick. The vehicle was clean and was great for a week trip. Returning the vehicle was super easy. The lady that helped us was excellent. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a tall blonde with fabulous customer service skills. Renting from this location was half the cost of renting at the Boston airport and is only a ten minute Uber ride away.

    Best experience renting a car. I rent vehicles across the US a number of times during the year. This by far was the most professional I have had. From the time I picked up the vehicle and modified the reservation during, all contact was the highest professionalism. Thank you Enterprise for the great team.
