    Great prices and excellent service. I had Michelin tires installed and they looked amazing. The staff showed me the alignment adjustments and let me know my rear brakes needed replacement. They replaced the rear brakes with great rotors and pads. I was absolutely satisfied and purchased the Peace of Mind Package. Thank you, Sullivan Tire Billerica!

    I am compelled to share my experience due to a lack of honesty and excessively high prices. I was informed that I required new brakes and rotors; however, upon inspection, I found that my brakes were in perfectly good condition, as I have a strong mechanical aptitude. The cost of their parts is three times what I believe to be unreasonable, and the labor fees are exorbitant. As a former business owner, I understand the importance of integrity in business practices.
