  My first experience with Safelite, I had scheduled an appointment to replace my windshield so that I can successfully trade my car in right afterwards. I already made the appointment and pushed hours at work forward. I got a call an hour before the appointment to say that the windshield arrived damaged. The man sounded very nice, and I understand it isn’t his fault. He called back to let me know he’s going to pick another one up at the warehouse which pushes my appointment forward three hours. Although I’m grateful for the help, This still heavily impacts my day and other people counting on me. I had originally given one star, but that would simply be for whoever is responsible for damaging the glass during delivery, which I guess happens frequently, which is unfair for the people who have to call the customers and let them know/deal with the fallout. Other than that, the two men working did everything they could to make sure my day still went smoothly. They retrieved another windshield from the warehouse and were very polite.

  My 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer needed a new windshield. My first appointment got canceled due to the windshield being delivered broken. Then my rescheduled appointment got canceled as well also due to the windshield being delivered broken. At this point I called the manager of the Beverly store and explained I didn't feel confident the third windshield wouldn't be delivered broken. He explained he would drive to personally pick up the windshield so it wouldn't be delivered broken. They fit me in the next day and the tech that did the install did a great job! They even offered free windshield wipers for the inconvenience. The Beverly store management and staff went above and beyond to help fix this situation. I highly recommend the Beverly Safelite location for all your glass needs for your car! I would definitely go back!

  They were polite. They explained everything to me, only waited just over an hour. Took care of insurance. Loved it

  Great service! Dropped my car off this morning and got a call that there was a bunny under the hood of the car. They were able to put the bunny in a box to keep it safe.They are on a busy street and were afraid it would get hit by a car. I picked up my car and brought the bunny back to my yard where he came from. He hopped off! My new windshield looks great too! Thanks again:)
