Everyone I know who's gone to it has had something damaged or missing when they got their car back. I went in for a routine oil change and coolant flush, they didn't test the equipment at all, just flushed and filled, missed a massive leak in my system and almost destroyed my car. You cannot convince me there is a single person in that building who has ever even looked at a car before. This place has to be shut down and investigated.
