I’ve never dealt with a rental location as unreliable as the Beverly Enterprise. They never have cars, even when you reserve one a week in advance — and they’ll wait until the day before pickup to call and say there’s nothing available. What’s worse is they don’t even try to help or find a solution. No effort, no backup plan, no sense of responsibility to the customer. If you actually need a vehicle and don’t want last-minute stress, avoid this location!!!!!!!!!!

So you’re either stuck paying a refueling surcharge (and does it actually get refueled? probably not) or you have to try estimate how much fuel to refill and inevitably go over, giving them free gas. Other than that, I have been happy with this location. I’m just frustrated at obvious cash-grab with refueling.

I can’t say enough good things about this Enterprise branch in Beverly, especially Tyler. He always goes above and beyond whenever I need a vehicle — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every single time. His customer service is top-notch, and he consistently makes the process easy and stress-free. Tyler is truly an asset to this branch, and I hope his leadership team recognizes how much he contributes to keeping clients like me stay loyal.
