  We worked with Jacob here, we ended up having to go to another store to get the model we wanted, but he is the sales person who helped us find it! He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! We appreciate all his help in finding our RV! Thank you Jacob!

  Three weeks prior to going on vacation noticed my leveling jacks were not working. I brought it to Campers World and told them the problem I had no power going to the panel and I noticed wires hanging from underneath. After about a week, they told me it needed a sensor and ordered it a few days later after it came in they said it came in broken and they ordered another sensor. I reminded them that I noticed wires hanging. Did they check that and they said yes they have their top mechanic on it. That is specializing in electrical. After the second one came in they spent eight hours trying to fix the issue. Still no results. I had to cancel my vacation because it still was not ready. Three days after I picked it up and brought it to Majors RV they had it for one day and it was a wireless issue and charged me half the amount. I am not pleased with the service at all.

  ***OVERALL VERY CONCERNING, OPAQUE & PROBLEMATIC BUSINESS PRACTICES!*** They are one of only a couple of local RV businesses that handle certain types of RV repairs in the past they have consistently overcharged for the same work, charged for unnecessary services, and frequently dealt with what I can only assume to be under or non-qualified technicians working on vehicles, giving the outcome of repair work in the past. The vehicle is in shop currently I will update after services are completed with a more detailed review on how and if they dedication to customer care and quality of work have improved, stay the same, or degraded even further. Having dealt with multiple RV Repair shops in the past year and other states this shop in a particular this chain have unfortunately been the concerning gold medals of challenges when it comes to honesty, fairness, and communication with customer. Again, I will update after vehicle comes out with detailed report.

  I'm going to keep it short and without emotion...Have lived in my trailer for 9 months The amount of repairs that I have had has caused fellow campers to advise me to sue camping world. Rushed sale, poor quality and forget calling them. Once they close the sale...quality assurance and assistance does not exist even with a warranty. I'm sure they will respond with "Im sorry to hear that this was your experience" and leave phone numbers and email addresses assuring they will do what they should have in the first place. BUT that means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when you sell trash and take peoples hard earned money.

  Monique and the entire staff are professional, helpful, and patient. I stopped in before closing one day needing a part for my generator. Although they didn’t have the part in stock, they went above and beyond to help me find another store that did. I’ve been there several times since, and their customer service is always phenomenal. Beyond having what you need, they also carry lots of interesting items — I even did some Christmas shopping there one year!
